A.The shipping rates are flat for most items, other items we sell are weight-based and we offer free shipping for orders of $75 or more.

A.Yes. We ship to most countries internationally. If you do not see your country on our list, please contact us for assistance. Order outside of US might be fulfilled by our warehouse in Kathmandu, Nepal.
